When we send one
The van is where courier work turns into freight. A high-roof sprinter takes pallets standing up, long items a car can't swallow, and enough weight to matter — while still being able to get down a city street and park outside the door. For most of the jobs that are too big for a car and too small for a truck, this is the vehicle.
